Armathwaite Hall -
If you are interested and would like to join a class at the above venue then please call Armathwaite Hall directly.
The course would be eight weeks. 2pm, 3pm or 4pm Saturday afternoons. It is a beautiful venue. 

Would you like to buy a Pilates mat?
Why not call me in advance and I'll bring one to class.

Alternatively, ask me at class and, if I haven't got one in the car, I'll bring one in to your next class. They cost £15 or £20 depending on which type you prefer.
